What makes this capsule different
Alpha-cyclodextrin is six glucose units joined into a ring. The inside of that ring attracts fat, so dietary fat molecules get captured in it before your body absorbs them. It isn't digested in the stomach or small intestine, and it's broken down in the colon like other soluble fibers.

How to take it
Take 3 capsules (2g) with water and your largest meal of the day, ideally one with fat or carbs in it. Taking it consistently with that meal is what matters. If you'd rather stir it into coffee, the powder gives you 3g per scoop.

Are these the best fiber pills for blood sugar?
Alpha-cyclodextrin may help moderate the blood sugar rise after a carb heavy meal, which most bulk fibers aren't designed for. Take it with the meal for that reason. If you're managing a medical condition, talk with your doctor first.
Will it make me bloated like psyllium?
