ALF Alpha Cyclodextrin is a plant-based insoluble fiber made from non-GMO corn starch and manufactured in Germany. Alpha-cyclodextrin is a ring-shaped molecule that passes through the stomach intact and interacts with dietary fats in the digestive tract before being broken down in the colon.

Available in two formats:
Powder (100g): Dissolves in coffee, tea, smoothies or any beverage. 3g per serving with included scoop. Approximately 33 servings.
Capsules (120ct): Take 3 capsules daily with a meal. 2g per serving. 40 servings per container.
Both formats contain pure alpha-cyclodextrin fiber.
How to use:
Powder: Add one scoop (3g) to any drink with a meal and stir until dissolved.
Capsules: Take 3 capsules with food and water.
Take consistently with your largest meal for best results.
