Refund policy
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and includes proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost, along with instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original product and place a separate purchase for the new one.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
