Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of purchase, not counting weekends and holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery estimates count from the day you order and depend on your location and the carrier's schedule.

• US Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): 2-6 business days.
• US Expedited (USPS Priority Mail): 1-4 business days.
• Canada: 3-10 business days.

Rates

• US Standard: $5.00 flat. Free on orders of $50 or more, so buy 2 or more and US shipping is free.
• US Expedited: $12.00 flat. Choose it at checkout.
• Canada: US$10.00 flat on every order, shown in Canadian dollars at checkout (about CAD $15, depending on the exchange rate).

Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Canada: currency, duties and taxes

Canadian orders are priced and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Duties, GST/HST and any carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order total. They may be collected by the carrier or customs on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears lost, email discover@alflabs.co with your order number and we'll help track it down.
