Powder (100g): Dissolves in coffee, tea, smoothies or any beverage. 3g per serving with included scoop. Approximately 33 servings.

How to use:
Powder: Add one scoop (3g) to any drink with a meal and stir until dissolved.
Capsules: Take 3 capsules with food and water.
